A big thank-you to all who showed up for our first auditions. Auditions seemed to go smoothly for us, and I hope they seemed that way for those who auditioned as well. I am making a mental note to myself for next time to read all email addresses back to those who wrote them down, just to double check. We had some real challenges deciphering handwriting when it was time to notify people for callbacks.

Callbacks for The Final Toast, for those who were asked to come back, have been changed from October 12 to Saturday, October 25th at 2 PM at the Theatre on the Square rehearsal hall (same location as auditions). Our director, Charlotte Tiencken, has a conflict on the 12th and cannot be there. If you were invited to callbacks, you have been sent an email notification today telling you about the date change, including the contact information for our stage manager, Chris Gildner.

Kurt Walls, our set designer, is finalizing plans for the set. I got a quick look at it, and I am excited to get started on construction. As soon as I get a drawing scanned, I will post it to the blog. ~kim
